Previous Professional Experience

Beth worked for seven years at the Kellogg Company in Battle Creek, MI. In Global Research and Development, she was a liaison to external scientific and professional organizations, and developed nutrition research programs to support nutrition initiatives for Kellogg worldwide. She subsequently worked in Kellogg USA as Director of Nutrition, to implement nutrition and health communication programs in cooperation with marketing.

Highlights of Current Assignments
  • Support development of infant feeding nutrition education materials
  • Co-chair of the Healthy Living Team
  • Work to support development of collaborations between the health care profession and Extension, in order to help families feed their infants in the healthiest way possible
